Sourcing an interior door handle?

Basically, I melted the passenger side interior door handle and surrounds (the plastic pieces which surround the electric window switch and mirror adjuster knob) with paint stripper.

Does anyone know where I can source parts like this? I read about some scrap dealers websites were you tell them what you want and they give you a call if they find the part.

If there is no solution I'm just going to have to phone a SEAT dealer and pay their outrageous prices (I've never used the stealers before)?

There is somebody breaking (i think its MK3) in the for sale section. Else just ring round all your local Scrapyards.

The surrounds aren't too expensive from SEAT but I think the handle is ~£25

Just bought new ones for mine from the dealers... Dearest one was £14 so not that expensive...

How do I order from my Seat Dealer? Is it just a local Seat garage I go to and speak to someone in there?

I PM'd the fella who was stripping his MK3, but he no longer has those parts.

Call your local dealer. Ask to speak to parts department. Hand over part number (see FAQ) and 1 day later, off you go.
