Sound of miltek exhaust on 1.8T

Mine would pop from cold to hot, no matter what day it was, loved it!

I know it's unburnt fuel when you change gear and on over run but i brought the cupra as it was also more classy, but now i want it to roar when i want to roar!!!!! and pop when i let of, if it popped when i change gear whilst booting it i think i'd cream myself!!!!!!!!!

Are you running an aftermarket exhaust on your car?

If not get one & then take it through a tunnel at night when its warmed up, You cant beat the sound of nearly 200 horses galloping through a tunnel! lol!

Mine will pop hot or cold aswell but when its hot it does it a lot more!!

Can be a bit at times when you want to be a bit more respectable, but that doesn't happen very often!!

Depends what you want from it, Mine sounds so much different now with a different zorst, some people dont like that sort of thing tho.

See i don't mind loud exhausts, as long as it isn't connected to a 1ltr!!!!!!!!!!!! i have a 1.8 turbo and i don't mind shouting about it so i do like the sound of the scorpian but i love the oval exhaust on it as i think it looks more euro, smoother and more "beasty"??!!!!

Yeah the oval style looks very nice. It fits properly & looks just fantastic. I didnt bother going with this option simply because I didnt know of anybody that made this style & couldnt be arsed to go to a custom exhaust place.

I settled with a Scorpion system in the end, Tried & tested it is. Ive had scorpion before & can not fault them. It looks near enough standard on my car but the sound is great.

Dont get me wrong, I aint into Big Bore 4's & stuff like that. The sound goes with the car. The engine is refined so although its loud its nothing like the sound of any Jap brigade

i know what you mean, Supersprint and Blueflame do the oval, Blue flamas i think is a slightly flatter but longer oval, i prefer the supersprint!!!!!!

I liked the oval, but i went to a place near me called AAS, theve done a few cars for me and my g/f's...the quality is fantastic and fits perfect....300 quid fitted.

No i said i liked the supersprint and so i basically got the fellas to do me summit similar..

A mate has the smaller oval, doesnt fill the gap properly and just looks wrong IMO.

When i fitted the ko3s with just a Supersprint race system back box the car sounded superb i really loved it, i then the following week bought a miltek downpipe & race cat & a supersprint race system centre pipe which drowned out the lovely noise it was making! But i'm not going to change it again!

iv got full jetex on mine, sounds jus how i want it quiet wen i want it to be and gives a nice tone wen the foots planted! as for poppin does it anytime but more so wen its warmed up abit! love it

ive got full blueflame system.....and it sounds a beast when on the juice pedal but not ova loud, but then again i dont like it loud coz cruising along at speed it gives u a headache, had a 205 gti that did that not good
