Certainly not group 5 insurance if you honestly declare all the mods. If it looks like an LCR insurers will want an LCR level of premium for the theft cover.
Horrible looking car, why spend all that money on exterior detailing when its still a standard 1.6 underneath + what are those lexus lights about?? 
In 2001-2002 (Pre-facelift) The optional bodykit was the Carcept (Carzone) kit. A number of cars were supplied new out of the showroom with it on, including quite a few Cupras.
