ive : stage two hybrid turbo, race 378 injectors, bmc, sfs hoses, just bought a race spec THS uprated 1.8t pancake pipe, turbo back milltek, rear milltek removed and replaced with 4inch downturned pipe. egr power pipe. sach clutch and flywheel, kw topmounts (fully adjustable) soon to have kw suspension (just have avo springs at moment) everything polybushed. did have dogbone bush but removed couldnt live with the vibration. tbh just putting a brand new oem dogbone on was good. auti tt 3.2 v6 front brakes (same as r32 two pots using 334mm disks) with uprated pads/discs lines. rear now 256 vented audi s3 calipers/carriers with uprated pads discs. oh and crap rs6 rep wheels 18s. oh and old rs tuning map, which will be updated in the next few weeks.

u cant go wrong with a map tbh. depends on budget. i wouldnt bother with exhaust airfilter unless your going hybrid, you only gain couple bhp. your best bet is to look though the tdi section and do some searches, its all be covered.

it is worth the search there is loads on this in the forum as I have found, I also had mine on the RR day at AMD yesterday as I bought mine with a stage one remap, they diagnosed the problem as the original remap was not done correctly and was causing some over fueling which is why mine smokes alot under throttle, its not damaging the car just burning more of the black stuff than it should. I had tried millers on it and it seemed to make it worse which is what a couple of the guys at the day seemed to find as well, i have not noticed much of a difference with the type of fuel, the v power diesel from Shell is a waste of time in a 1.4tdi noticed nothing different, if anything I went through the stuff quicker. try to stick to using normal shell or asda if i can, dont like to mix them up either.
