Ive got a whinning sound on the belt side of my lcr...Im more than certain its either the Tensioner or Alternator do these normally make a sound when the bearings inside of them are going?

Can whine, grumble etc, sure its not a squeek cos of the belt? Could be Timing belt tensioner, idler pulley, water pump, PAS pump, Aux belt tensioner, alternator, AC pulley/clutch assembly.
DOne some more Searching today on the car and it sounds like its coming from the Bottom Of the car So around the Pas Pump And the Big Pulley...
