I got mine for £380 but they were the last set awesome had in at the time of selling them off, so 409 is a good price, just make sure you renew all top mounts while your at at! So set aside another 60-90 quid for top mounts depending what you go for

Cool, I have new top mounts and bearings in my bits box in the garage so all good there.

Hmmmmmm, I'm very tempted! :)

I have had AP's. Now running Prosport. Come with a 5 year warrenty and are a seriously good bit of kit for £200. Do exactly the same as AP's but are half the price with 3 years extra warrenty!

Personally I think your all mad wanting to or having lowered one lol. I have enough problems on the roads round here, fine for motorway driving and nice smooth roads but its been about 10 years since we had any!

If I was going to lower in anyway it would have to be coilovers just for the flexibility
