one of the best mods i have done was to fit 20mm rear spacers car handles so much better alot less twitchy at the rear . the wheels now fill the arches .
shouldnt rub on the coilovers as the wheels will be further away from them
hubcentric spacers availiable on ebay for £30 with bolts.

Normally i would agree with you whole heartedly as far as suspension and breaking components are concerned but we are talking about a flat disk of metal the ones i have are fully tuv tested have been checked on a lathe by a mate and have been fine. It think there is alot of brand overpricing with stuff like this .

Yes, i agree about the 'brand overpricing' but these are the things holding your wheels to your car. Yours may be OK and you seem satisfied with their quality, but I'm sure there's alot of dodgy ones on eBay too, if anyone was to buy them of there then you really need to know what you're looking for

Badger sells 15mm and 20mm spacers for the mk4

If your getting or have got coliovers on, it would be wise to get 15mm ones to avoid rubbing.

I've got fk spacers on and I have coilovers and 17 inch wheels, only slight rubbing with 2+ people in the car.

Handles noticeably better!

are those locking wheel bolts? and reckons its worth doing on a 1.2? bear in mind all it has is looks lol

If nothing else, they will improve the look at the rear; as standard the wheels are tucked too far under the arches.

(I seem to recall someone describing the rear of the Ibiza as looking like "a dog having a dump" :D )
