After changing the N75 valve on my car, it's still having problems. This morning it was idling very rough and almost stalled.
I disconnected the MAF sensor, and it ran smoothly on the way to work. The thing is, I expected the engine management light to come on but it didn't. Is this normal?
But I'm guessing from this experiment that I need a new MAF sensor. Unless disconnecting the MAF disabled something else that was causing the problem.
Oh yeah, so much for the dealer diagnostics on the car, they flagged up a problem with the N75, which has proved to be a total red herring.
