I don't really get what your saying?

I think the part of the bar that hits the shaft is the lip where the link bolts to the bar......you may be able to grind 3-4mm off the lip to get a bit extra clarence

You would defo need to grind a couple mm from the standard arb to stop it rubbing with the adjustable on to. The hoop is just not big enough plus the bar is pretty thick especially were the drop link holes are.
An to do all that would be a arb off jobbie to get it done properly.

These are my measurements i think you wanted

inches >? lol you got be an old-un like us then Smoki ? ;) cheers btw ill see if i can get my hands on one of the rover ones for a measure

adam - what i was thinking was if it's that close when the shaft is flattened out and there are adjustable links would be worth a look at the inner mounts that hold the bar to the car on the subframe

if they are flat mounted they could be spaced higher by 5mm or more maybe? with longer bolts would move the bar up more away from the shaft - looks tight in the subframe though

better idea maybe would be to have a flat roll bar so it stays in profile just over the suspension arm and under the shaft then there's no loop to worry about then :)

may not be possible but along lines of this

I think they would be ok with the FK bar....I bet there a lot cheaper than £45 to :cartman:

Edit....I just seen the 65mm part they might be a little short but worth a go if there cheap.

So do u not have a to fcuk about with shortened links etc ? :)
