Seat seat cleaning lol

Hi, I know this post is pretty old, but I've got the same stain problem that many people seem to have. Spilt some olive oil on the seats and when I tried to get rid of it with some fairy liquid and a sponge, I ended up with a nice big stain where it dried.

Is this the Kent stuff you're talking about?:

I found out the name of that foam that i use, its in a really tall tin and its called 'Kent' i dont really know where you get it from as my mate had this at his garage?

Yeah thats right! How did you clean them? Quick scrubbing or firm pressure? Did you use warm water?

ive got a chemical cleaner if need be, brings cupra seats up mint, PM me if you want them sorted

Mer do a seat and carpet shampoo (actual liquid not foam) and you stick it with warm water, use a scrubbing brush (like nail brush) and then wipe over with a wet towel - mine have come up ace and they were minging, big water like stains etc all gone!

When I used the fairy liquid, I just gave them a quick wipe / scrub with warm water and fairly light pressure, but didn't cover the whole seat. Just realised I posted my message in the wrong thread too, as you mentioned the Kent stuff in a different one!

Unfortunately it looks like you can only buy that Kent stuff in bulk as its an industrial supplier, and I can't seem to find any distributors listed so could be trciky to get hold of.

I think I'll try the Shout stuff first as it's easy to get hold of, then resort to other things if that doesn't work!

I'll give a couple of other things (stuff I can easily get from the supermarket) a go first, but if they don't work I may be in touch!...

You need to cover the whole seat otherwise it will leave a water mark
