Seat Mii Airbag Warning Light

Just joined this forum, owned the Seat Toca 1.0 2013 for a month and there was an awful musty damp smell in the air con. Took it to my local garage for a gas refill and antibac yesterday. On the way home I put on the fans in the cabin/windscreen and the whole car filled with condensation (side windows, windscreen etc) then about 10 seconds later I switched to air con and cleared. On clearing the airbag warning light came on.

I called and asked about the process and the antibac is a can they set of in the passenger footwell and put all the fans on. Could this be a trigger to the warning light or is it coincidence?

My OBDII is VAG/AUDI so although it reads it shows not faults and my airbag reset won't work (Link Error).

Are the airbag connections under the seat or in the glove box?

I don't want to take it the garage I bought it from as I negotiated a "trade" price  and therefore no warranty.

I appreciate any help and advice as I have wiggled the wires and connections under the seat and the sign is still there.

I have cleared the code using an ODBII tool. The code on the reader was B102029 Key Switch for Airbag - Shut off. Passenger side. Implausible signal.

The airbag key is clearly "on" on the passenger side and the light on the panel identifying it being "off" is definitely not lit up. The switch in the side does feel a bit flimsy - is this just a gremlin? The code has not come back on again since and I have driven it 10 miles.

Any advice would be appreciated - Thanks
