been in there a few times now and im very impressed with the level of service and customer service i have recieved, 100 times better than stoneacre down the road when i owned a fiat, (wouldn't recomend it)

1st visit was for a litre of oil for my 2005 ibiza fr, i think it was Tom that saw to me, he had a look and came back with a half full 5 litre bottle and explanied that there were no 1 litre bottles left and that there was only half a 5 litre that he would charge them same price as a 1 litre bottle for. to good an offer to refuse top man.

2nd visit was to see Paul on parts, very helpful and always kept to his word about phone calls and arival dates for parts, impressed with the level of service that was given.

benn back a few more times to see Paul for parts and have again expreienced the same high level of service that i have the previous visits.

I usually service my own cars but im considering putting it into Liverpool Seat in the near future if the price is right.

not to worry was just so impressed with the service that was provided as the last dealership i had dealings with din't know that customer service or manners existed:censored:,

was i again today to get some urgently needed parts and again Paul came through with the goods.
