From what I recall the rear calipers are different as the 256mm discs are vented, not solid. Have a look in the for sale section, turboboy is sellin a set of calipers only but you cab compare the pics to your own calipers. I believe you need calipers, carriers, discs and pads but I never bothered as all the stopping power is up front and you're better upgrading to the 312mm carriers/discs or the LCR Brembos.

Yourl need different calipers. Not just a simple carrier swap. If you get ones off a fwd theyll bolt straight on but yourl have to trim the black trim thing that sits behind the disc. Or alternatively fit the ones off the donor vehicle. Quattro calipers also fit but i believe you need to add 6mm spacers when bolting on. But as the post above says not a total lot of braking is done through the rear but id personally do it as i put 312s on the front of my leon but left the rears standard. And i couldnt even see them bottle caps behind the hubs on my pro race 1.2s lol and it looked silly.

Agreed, they do look a bit bottle top behind big wheels! They are purely an aesthetic upgrade for the most part though, for the money you can upgrade the front pads to something decent that will give better braking.
