hello all, hope you all had a lovely Christmas :)

Right, i am planning to tune my seat leon 1.9tdi, 90bhp (ALH) i have been reading about and have found various discusions about doing this etc, my power figure is 130bhp-160bhp

Current Modifications:

Allard EGR delete
Powerflow cat back exhaust
remapped by Midland VW
126k miles, clutch is strong, serviced every 8k miles.
decat is coming soon (removing cat internals)

what i would like to know is, what do i need to do to acheive my figures? are they realistic?

people say PD130 intake pipe, 216 nozzels, i ideally want to upgrade the injectors and nozzels as i hope this will increase my performance?.

What Injectors should i go for? where can i source them?
What Nozzels should i go for? Where can i source them?
Where can i buy the PD130 intake pipe? will a golf mk4 one fit?

im due a cambelt and waterpump very soon, so i am hoping to get this done, and the injectors and nozzels at the same time, i dont want to put a FMIC on, as it just shouts out :)

what are your suggestions?

is this going to cost megga bucks? or shall i sell the leon and buy a PD130??

any help / opionions are appreciated very much so :) thank you everyone

You'll not need an FMIC for that power anyhow. A set of 0.23 um nozzles from darkside developments. I'm not sure about the 0.23 but if you could get the 0.216um nozzles then you wouldn't even need the remap altered, it should go straight to 160 bhp. That is if the original map is set to fuel for 140-145 bhp.
