Full Car pics soon... Made a smal ****-up, have to get one side done again...

I also made a small mistake and got a slight tear in one and may have to reorder one door trim again

But they just finish the car off nicely...:)

Hey all.

Been a lil absent...

So ill leave a few updates.

Got the car Dyno´d... on the latest MAHA Dyno.

Supposedly the most DEADLY ACURATE rollers around.

Even though I still made the "Most Powerful TDI" of the day, I was not very impressed with the figures. but they where spot on with my moddest expectations

Then we where given an explanation of the new Dyno Norms (no longer measured in DIN, but now in EWG) which supposedly chomp a whole lot of horses when compared to other Dynos.

The high temperatures also played a huge role from what they said.

Other examples of sheer disappointment :

Audi RS4 = 300hp
E46 M3 (Remaped) = 314hp
Volvo T5R (Remapped) = 239hp

Mine cleared 254hp.

All in all ,... i took it as a positive note , this way theres room for "alot" more improvement.

Even though i had it tailored this way, the map is a little shitty according to many.

So next mod is the FMC (Arguable Benefits) and once i get some time, I want to get it remapped once again.

Maybe I will go back to the DYNO to compare charts later.

Ill be expecting to meet a few of you boozers here this summer. :cartman:

We all want that knob!!! Also where did you get a LCR tail pipe? or did you cut an old one off and attach it?

Got this one from a DEAD LCR in Spain.

Since mine is a TDI, i have a dummy tailpipe.

The real exhaust tip faces down not to dirty the boot with smoke.

The LCR tip is just for show, It has black plates in the back not to show the real downward facing system.

Oh... BTW... had to remove the window tint.

Here in Portugal they stepped up the fine 5 fold and made them illegal, unless they comply with a whole lot of legal bla bla. To legalize them is a real expensive process and huge pain in the ass.

So I gave up.. Got Cristal Clear windows now :(

Nowhere near, i.e. Norway.

It's illegal to have tints in a country where the sun actually shines for more days than it rains?

I thought Norway didn't make sense, but that doesn't make sense.

Too bad, I liked that black and silver theme.

Bloody hell though MDS. 254BHP is an amazing figure for a TDI...I am surprised that the stock injectors can handle that much power but there you go. Gives us TDI boys in the UK hope.

Surely you need a diff to cope with all that power, wheel spin must be immense...?

It has a upgraded clutch and the Standard TCS.

No Wheel Spin... ;)

Unless I really hammer it very hard and purposefuly do the tricks with the clutch to make it spin...

Really nice figures for a TDI!!
also where did the LCR splitter go?

Ive had it at home for months

Its already cut and ready to go on, but since the car is low I need to get it on a lift.

The last bloke rivvited the lip without my concent ( i used to use self tapping screws), so now with larger holes ill have to get it rivveted again.

ITs like the 4th I am going to fit.

Love your Leon, Marco!

Any idea what the weight of one wheel is? Are those Sportecs very light?
