Marco, where did you get those "carbon mirrors"?

I got them from a bloke who had them made, but there are some available from ebay ocassionaly.

I have had a few fellas try to make them ( myself Included) but its just too much labour and time needed.

Easier to buy them ready made.

Not difficult really... just a little bit of time and patience

Remove a few screws... pop lights in .. connect... screws back on.

Just be extra careful not to drop screws into the bodywork.

Did the rears make much difference marco?

I am still running them in... Having the car stopped again now for a completely new ECU remap and turbo build.

But I am positive that most of the diference will be less fatigue rather than stopping power...

Vented and more diameter.. so maybe theyll help ... but best of all you can see a disk in te rear... the OEM rears are a joke...

just had a read through your thread and love all the subtle mods you have done especially the illuminated gear knob, how is it illuminated??? do you have to wire it in or is it done by batteries????

It just needs current to light up.

Connected it the the wires from the ESP button.

led rear lights

did you have any problems fitting your led rear light cos i fitted mine at the weekend there the three screws dolding it in were very hard to take out eventually got the lights aout and the two screws at the bottom were still stuck in ended up just snappin screw off cos they werent gonna come out otherwise and they were not long enough for new lights. also my lights are not sittin as fluch as my original ones yoy really notice unless you really look at it but it still annoys me but overall effect is good really bright though. couldnt fit the side covers that came off original lights can u post pics of your lights in side your boot

Yeah, not hard, just a bit of work...

Lost the screws in the chassis a few times, ended up with a coat hanger and a ball of sticky tape fishing screws ou late in the evening.

Their fir is not 100% flush, you will notice theyre about 2mm out all round... especialy when youhave the boot closed.. Not the same

You can adjust the rubber seals to make them go in a little more...

DOnt have those pics here. I am far from home...

But you must keep the metal clips on the interior boot covers.

You probably broke them when pulling out the covers... Check for metal clips...
