i have a 140 sport dsg. i felt when i got it that when driven it felt really flat past 2k. I am running a AMD map now and a pipercross panel filter. It now has 185bhp and 300lbft and now pulls strongly to the redline. It drives so much better and the torque makes it alot easier to drive faster/overtake

Only bad thing as with many mapped diesels, christ its lays some awesome smoke screens down.really does run alot dirtier

lol, thats part of the fun ;) but yeah, thats the nature of the fuel that we use. Diesel is dirty, thats just the way it is. Almost all diesels out of the box run a lean mix, to reduce on soot and various other nasties. To pass strict euro regs, etc.. So when its remapped, the boost and fueling are usually increased to give you the sharp increase in bhp/torque. thats why the smoke screens are huge with tuned diesels lol.

embrace it mate, especially when mr rep mobile 5 series or passsat is tailgating you on the motorway. Boom.. smoke... eat. lol
