Long time lurker but first time post!

I’ve had my Leon for 4 years now (now on 45k miles), and just had the big service (cambelt & water pump) done. It looks and feels like new and I love it! I usually never keep my car for more than 3yrs and decided to look around for a new/nearly new replacement and was shocked to see how expensive cars are right now! So… I have decided to keep it for a few more years!

So… I have thought of spending a little on it to address something I don’t like about it - the slightly crashy, bouncy and fidgety ride particularly at low speed. Based on your collective expertise please reco on the following:

1) Springs and/or shocks - Any recos to improve the ride and handling (ride more important)
2) Would uprating the ARBs at the same time be worthwhile with minimal impact on ride?
3) Any recommendation on who can do the fitting for me? I’m in West London but happy to drive an hour or so.

Thank you all in advance - Lal
