Seat Ibiza DAB - Four Wheel Alignment??????

Hi All,

I've just had all the suspension bushes replaced on my Seat Ibiza DAB and new tyres all round. Dealers said it would be worth getting a four wheel alignment done at a cost of £120 :wtf: Bit pricey I thought so phoned a local specialist garage and asked for quote for four wheel alignment, garage tell me that only the front is adjustable so I only need a two wheel alignment at a cost of £30. Is that corrrect? Is it just the fronts that can be adjusted on Seat Ibiza DAB 2006? If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

Vince.

I've used Central tyres most times I get new rubber as others are a bit naff from my experience. Kwik fit tried to track my car once and failed, and then failed to put the steering wheel straight. Seat dealer fitted new tyres on the front and tracked those 2 together but were miles out of line with the back and wore my inside edges too quickly.

So now I stick with Central, something like £25 for adjusting tracking and they checked my tracking when it needed no adjustment for free.

Oh and thats with a 4 way alignment

had cupra bushes fitted to mine and never had wheels aligned which was a big mistake as my tyre wear was very heavy on the inside edge in weeks:cry:

eventually had my fronts aligned by national tyres ,this cost £14 with a half price voucher.guy said wheels had never been allighned since new (2002) as he struggled too undo the nuts:D

been 8 months since the alignment and my new tyres are wearing nice and even so happy now and a lesson learned the hard way:whistle:
