Seat Ibiza Cupra 20VT

Hi All,

I have recently had the electrical diagnostic light come on, on my Seat Ibiza Cupra. I took it to a Seat dealership and they said the fault code was 1551 "Mixture too lean" They replaced the Oxygen sensor and reset the fault. On my way home from work the light re-appeared.

The mods on the car is a cat back stainless stell exhaust and a boost gauge. On the bosst gauge prior to the diagnostic light coming on it was bossting at 6-7psi. However since the light has come on and been reset and since come back on it is only bossting at 4-5 if Im lucky.

Can anyone help with this?

The car has had a new coil pack 15000 miles ago and the car has covered 65000 miles. I service it minimum of 10,000 miles.

Had the same problem with mine fuel too lean changed the o2 censor then the light came back on so i got a new maf and that done the trick.

I'll second that. New MAF cured that code for me
