seat ibiza 20v t

hi every one i am going to have a look at a seat ibiza 20v t tomorrow and i am looking for some info about one, if anyone can help the one im going to look at is a 2001 model in yellow but it has 90,000 miles on the clock it has full service history any info would be good does anyone now how long the turbo lasts on one of these?

i dont know much about high milage but have you tryed the seach tool on here? its on the tool bar at the top of the screan. this should help

Nice one 'Einstein' , if he/she is new to Cupra's then hows he/she going to know what to search for

it says on what car that the engine is two powerful for the chassis is this true? i spoke to the guy who is selling the car today he said it was 179 break so i assume it is the faster one of the two, i own a fiesta rs turbo at the moment is this car more fun than one of these

sorry im just having a bad week, and if i didnt say it some one else will.
i hope me and beaker dont put you off with the fact my car is broken and beakers sig isnt realy selling the ibiza much.
BUT i love my car and when i look around there isnt a car id rather have.
And to answer your quetion, as long as all the normal car thing ar ok then get it.
i.e eaven tyre were no big gaps between panels and stuff like that.

i would say so but thats my view, if its a cupra R then they are even better and come with some good exsras like brembo brakes, there is only 74 in england i think

Very good value for the money TBH, good power gains fromminor mods too. Loads of people on here run 200+ bhp with no problems, the chassis is VERY good & stiff in my opinion.

Definatly more comfortable, more reliable than the RS, and more than likely has bucket loads more torque too, so i would say its more fun.

Yeh thats about right, somwhere around the 5k mark give or take for mods/extras and any bad points.

It was up for 5500 but I knocked him down on a new exhuast and tyres needed.

they are good to go round the clock twice i reckon if looked after properly.

These cars are awesome! If you have a chance at getting an R then go for it, not many around, if looked after well they will become very limited, adn worth a few bob. It'll be SO much more fun !!
