Sorry, yeah I forgot to mention what happened!

Thanks to your mate for keeping an eye on it ;)

It came back with no problems, only did 5 miles in there so thats good.

they said the rust lip on the edge of the front disc was causing the noise. I'd recently put new pads in, but had filed down the rust on the disc. they chamfered the edge of the pads which they said stopped the noise, but warned it might come back after a bit more wear. (although I would have throught the pads would have just work to suit the disc straight away)

They didn't charge me for any of that, which is good as brakes arent normally covered! Also, they never asked me for the £10 for the courtesy car, cos he forgot I wasnt putting it on my insurance!

so all in all I'm actually quite pleased with them this time, and that Dan bloke was ok this time.

there was a young lad showed me out to my car, was that your mate?

Cheers

Mike

Dunno, my mates called mark, only 16 iirc, but Dan is a *****, always has been, or came across that way.
Mark backed that up aswell, says nobody likes him and many people have nearly decked the little ****.

Glad your car got dorted though, they never cleaned it though i take it?
