Seat Cupra 300lux 2020 power outlet dead !

Hi, I am having an issue with the power outlet on the centre console not working. I have checked the following. Every single fuse in both the engine bay and behind the glovebox visually and with multimeter all ok. Checked connector to outlet and is still dead, with ignition and engine running. Anyone had a similar issue ?

Fuse Number 40 on the interior fuse box is the one for the 12v socket, should be 20amps, depending on the position in the slot it can be constant live or ignition switched. If you have an ST it also has a 12v socket in the boot, comes from the same fuse.

I'm wondering if one of the terminals that the fuse plugs into has become loose or pushed out of it's location?
