Seat belt warning light??

Does the cupra r have a seat belt warning light? seen the light in the handbook but it doesnt come on in the car. Thought mine might have been disconnected of something?

maybe you can activate / de activate through vag com ,

annoying things tho, have it on my other car

This is for europe / scandinavia where it is law to have a seat belt warning light not sure if you can switch it on with vagcom.

I thought as much i looked closely at the dash on start up and i dont even have the light there! just a blank square where it should be. also i have no wires coming from the seat clip. answered my own question really!!! just wanting others to tell me. My other car had it too and it was annoying.

ooo i cant stand the beeping. had it in my 206 180 in the end i cut the wire and fitted harnesses

Yeah i think it was Scandanavia rather than europe i had a volvo 850 and that had a working one, as did my father inlaw's they would go boing boiing boing untill you klunck klicked.

most modern cars only have a light in this country cos you get an extra point in the ncap ratings so pos lifting you above competition!
