I have been using a Europe card for couple of years
Today it has stopped working.
Navigation starts up fine
You can select a destination from stored destinations
You can select one of the three routes
Route starts to display
Couple of seconds later it says 'navigation database not available'
Well, it showed the map and calculated the route.
Tried taking out and replacing card to no effect.
Grateful for any help

I drove around 20 miles with the navigation working just fine.
Map moved around as you would expect.
While moving I set a destination
and as soon as the route guidance became active it gave the 'navigation database not available'
The system is happy to display the map, it can work out the three route choices to destination and dies as soon as route guidance kicks in.
