My recall visit is 10/04/2024 hopefully they can stick the engine cover on at the same time.

Had mine checked yesterday and they did a video. This is the heat shield that protects the reservoir, if it hasn’t got that they need to install it.

Yes, I have that on mine but still getting the check done as it's on the same day as my service. Might even get an engine cover if in yet.

Probably worth a pre-emptive call a bout the cover, just to be sure

Exactly my position, I emailed about the cover 10 days before my visit (next week) to be told the cover is out of stock on back order. They did however promise to Email Cupra to se if the cover could be sent as the car is in for the heat recall - I won't hold my breath.

Heat protection was fine AND they did manage to do the engine cover at the same time! Result. Thanks Cupra Liverpool.

I have a 2021 VZ2 310 and I got a letter about this 2 weeks ago, luckily car was already booked in 25th March for parking sensor issue diagnostics (7 week wait for Diagnostics slot!), and this will be checked at same time.

Mine was checked, and Cupra advised no further actions required.

It's not just the sensors, along with outer rears not working, also the park assist has stopped working, and the manoeuvre breaking along with it.

Infotainment has been fine for me, and although I have the parking sensor issue, instill love the car and have no doubts on reliability.

mine is the same as yours and what Domius has stated in this thread. "front assist unavailable" and then sometimes it knocks out the rest of the parking sensors other times not. It has also decided sometimes to stop playing the music through the speakers even though it shows the music is playing and all controls work fine even the fake exhaust sound when you put it into cupra mode (i have vz2 310) so the speakers are working. Does not happen all the time but it is so annoying when it does which is a shame as the car is great but some times i just want to sell it!!

can you let me know how you get on with your diagnostics as when i went in they just updated the software and that did not work. so would be great to hear if you had any luck?

i am currently sat in the dealership waiting for my heat shield recall to be sorted and hopefully get an engine cover too.
