Hi guys,

I have recently had a Sachs sintered performance clutch fitted to my Seat Leon Cupra 300 (Manual). The clutch is engaging every gear fine. However, when the car has warmed up and has covered around 15/20 miles on a journey, a grinding noise happens when i pull away or reverse, any ideas what this could be? Has anyone had this before? The car has only covered 230 miles since and 140 of them were motorway. TIA.

Is it juddering? Juddering is normal during the bedding in process. I think you need to bed it in for a good 7 or 800 miles. My Sachs organic I had in my previous Golf R juddered a bit but was fine once bedded in.
