Rubbery squeak from rear

My car has developed a pretty annoying squeak at the rear over the last couple of weeks, it sounds quite rubbery and only happens on suspension compression (speedbumps etc)
I've done a quick search and people have said about the rubber top mount bushes or something?
Could this be linked to the cold weather or the grit (salt) on the roads removing any lubrication from the bush or is there any way i could possibly do something to help?

SEAT did a bulletin on this which involved using special lube on the rear bushes, cant remember the part number but it was about £5 for a tube. Ordinary red rubber grease should do similar job.

just found part number G052186A3 its a fiver a tube

think i'll go and see if SEAT have any and il give it a go.
