rolling start??

ok i read every where how the 160 tdi is rapid.... and will give a focus st a good run for its money on a standing start and pulls away on a rolling start...

my mate doesnt believe me and has a 20vt fiat coupe 220bhp. so he wants to race. the thing is we are both confused to wat u mean a rolling start!!!!!

cos if its 5th gear 40mph then i am thrash him if its 30mph any gear u want i reckon his car will have the ibiza

a rolling start is like they do in stock car racing.
it's an agreed speed where all parties travel the same, and when the flag drops, it's race time.

So, any gear - and go for it

think the fiat will win, it's a better engine than the bezza's. Someone on here posted someing, about a revo'd fr vs a fiat before.

The fiats are pretty swift and he will have the longer gearing in his favour.

Get a remap and then play with him, loads more torque might give you a chance.

Alot arent now-a-days (well claim not to be aka u can switch them off!)

I have Custom Code by JBS cant fault it, makes it quicker than a std Leon Cupra till about 125mph (aka 6th!)

Get him to do it when your at 2000rpm in 2nd gear - Bye Bye FIAT. If nto youll NEED a remap. Theyre basically invisible to a tuner anyway. Why cant you get one? Is it a company car?

My old boss had a Leon Cupra 180 and an Audi A4 TDi as a company car and had both Revo'd. Nothing was ever said when he gave them back.
