Sorry no, got them off ebay.

Here's a couple of pics of the powdercoated metallic silver SEM (really sparkles in the sun!), I've had the intercooler pipes powdercoated the same finish as the SEM too, plus I've swapped to the carbon fibre 034 heatshield:

Blue hose on IC pipes is about to be replaced with a black one. I've fitted the painted front splitter, side mouldings and front S badge and surround, they look awesome!

Jobs still to do to complete the current list:

1. Baffled sump to be fitted and oil + filter changed same time.
2. Oil cooler to be connected up (will be done same time as sump).
3. Powdercoated wheels to be fitted once here.

Some other minor jobs too but they'll take mins to do.

Used to have the nitrous cooler on the intercooler, was very good but nitrous is too expensive, £50 to fill the bottle for 30 secs of use was too much. C02 is cheaper but can reduce performance if sucked into the engine. Not really interested in water/meth injection either.

Ah yeah i do remember you running that, god you do change her allot haha.
I was going to say i thought you were running the filter out the side of the bumper but just seen the cone, so it could get inside. But you can get cryo jackets now so none of it leaks(apart from ice etc)

Ok have taken a bit of a u-turn. I have decided not to buy the Forge intercooler kit for various reasons, so today I had some spare time so I had another crack at fitting the eBay intercooler, and this time I nailed it! I have heavy-duty steel brackets bolted to the ends of the chassis rails and 25 x 50mm steel box section bolted across to form the bar (it's rock solid), the intercooler which is 540 x 230 x 65mm is bolted to the box section. With the modified front bumper back on all you can see is intercooler, every mm of it is getting maximum airflow - I'm very chuffed with it! Pics soon.

I'll be selling the Pro Alloy intercooler along with my crash bar soon (pre-drilled so the PA goes straight on).

I won't sell the PA until I've run this intercooler for a while, time will tell, if it's garbage the PA will go back on. The big Forge is pretty much the same as the PA so wasn't much point in spending alot of money on it, plus I have other bills to pay at present.

Powdercoated wheels are coming tomorrow, a few other bits are still being powdercoated but they're just minor engine parts, hoping to have the car complete by the end of next week (if the 70mm TB ever shows up!).

Thanks for all the great comments, looking forward to the national show in July.

Here's a quick peek of what the new intercooler looks like behind the modified grill:

You can also see the painted splitter, carbon mirrors and carbon bonnet (sort of), better pics coming soon once it's all finished.

that look really smart, got to be one of the best looking leons iv seen. just a quick question what mesh did you use for the centre piece on the bumper infront of the FMIC

This help you at all?

Regula Tuning on eBay, I would never have done it if I didn't find this honeycomb grill material, as I wanted it to look OEM+. It's one of the few big enough to cover this large aperture too.

It's expensive but looks awesome, arrived in 3 days too.

Number plate will be offset, sitting just above the side grill on the drivers side (so oncoming traffic/cops can see it clearly).

Was just about to do that, thanks!

The front end is all back together again, pipework done to the new IC - have to say it just looks evil from the front now! :coolthumb

My Ezup ramps should be here Fri or Monday so I can get to work next week and fit the Backdraft baffled sump and hook up the oil cooler - woohoo.

I've got the sump sealant, new gasket for the oil return line and a new magnetic sump plug. New oil I'm using is Silkolene Pro S (after asking Opie Oils to recommend me an oil for fast road/trackdays):

The new magnetic sump plug got from here:

Check out the vids of how powerful it is: http://www.magneticoildrainplugs.co.uk/video.html
