INA = £220 including shipping for all 3 mounts (+ import duty, VAT on top).
THS = £195 plus postage for all 3 mounts.

Comparable to street density in terms of stiffness but THS claim 30-50% stiffer Vs 25% for street density. THS have re-designed the shape of the rubbers to fill the mount too, INA have not.

My street density mounts failed badly within 3000 miles, I know they have a low failure rate Vs number sold so maybe I just got a bad early set (quality control?), the track density mounts are far more substantial. INA/034 are replacing my street density mounts.

I try to be open and honest without passing judgement or unfair criticism on companies.

Rob, if you call THS and mention the forum they can do them for the £143inc Vat & delivery as I posted above. I know this because I have the full set on my car now and have the receipt in front of me, so it seems a bit pointless posting a higher price when comparing the THS to the INA mounts.

It's not pointless if you don't know this?

Anyway, it's all down to personal choice, the THS mounts appear to be very good (and cheap if you phone them, which I didn't know and they don't advertise), as are the INA mounts (especially the track density), both companies will warranty and replace the mounts if anything goes wrong.

Moving on.

I'm sure both sets of mounts are very good I just got a little confused why INA said the THS mounts were twice the price of theres when there clearly cheaper

Show me these super THS mounts that have rubber voids filled where ours are opened....

If there pricing is lower now that is due to pressure from us. These were over 300 GBP last year...

I've asked THS for pics. Their website says:

"The outer casing of the mounting system maintains stock appearance, whilst the internal rubber has been carefully re-engineered by means of shape and stiffness to reduce engine/drive train movement. The rubber is 30% stiffer than standard but because of the re-engineered shape the engine movement is reduced by over 50% without transmitting any serious engine vibration back into the vehicle unlike polyurethane mounts."

That is all marketing to me....
Id like to see actual pictures.

I could spend days writing up spiffy product descriptions about "we" and "us" and "our products" when in reality its all rebranded. I keep it straight to the point and thats what people like about us.

The Superpro void fill bushes arrived today, I also decided to order a full set of THS mounts, Ollie gave me the SCNFR3CMP code to use to get £49 off! He also sent me a pic of their mounts vs OEM mounts to show the larger rubber insert on the THS mount:

More pics once mine arrive. New track density and street density mounts will both be sold on.

Total including VAT and delivery - £163.63.
What a bargin, looking forward to the rewview of these, since you've tried so many different types your opinion on these should be an accurate yardstick for the rest of us as to the pros and cons of each type / manufacturer.

The THS mounts have arrived today. Very well packed and the dogbone front bush definately feels stiffer than the INA one. I'm going to add the Superpro void fill bushes to it to further reduce engine rock. The engine mounts feel nice and firm, harder than the INA street mounts but not as hard as the track ones - should be good!

Not often I get spotted - thanks man! :D Down visiting the parents?

Yep taken a week off work - its great to be home!! :D

Also doing a few wee bits like bigger brakes on the Volvo, balljoint on ginge, and just chilling out away from the office.....

In the flesh your cutaway front bumper with the big fmic looks even more impressive than the photos, proper quality work:clap:

Thanks man! :)

Luckily I managed to get both the street and track density mounts sold, so I'll be fitting the THS mounts very soon. They appear to sit between the street and track mounts in terms of stiffness, they are stiffer than street density but not as hard as track density. The rubbers are definately bigger than OE and INA mounts so fill the mount casings better, adding to the stiffness.

I also got a set of black silicone coolant hoses from THS too as my old ones are quite shabby now and one has a cut in it, the THS kit is alot cheaper than others.
