Hey

Looking to buy the rns510 seat version. I PMed tommy-cupra but no reply for days, wondering if anyone knows the best place to buy these from. Im after one with UK v3 maps, preferably the Seat version not vw.

Any advice?

Hey

Yeah, its actually, £795 Brand new. Heres whats in the box

Sat Nav unit
GPS Antenna
FM Double Connector
New Fascia Surround
New Screws + Fittings
Radio Removal Keys
Preloaded with V3 european maps

Price includes Delivery.

I spent a solid week looking everywhere, and trust me you cannot get them for £650 anymore unless its nicked or used lol + this one comes with the front surround and removal keys etc so i dont think £795 is half bad at all.

Considering the last time i asked, these new mfd3 rns10 units are up near 2grand from the dealers.

Il reveal my source as soon as i get the thing in my car and working :) Make sure iv not just been conned lololol.

Should have it by mid next week, il fit it straight away.

Il post pics!

Its the Seat version, so no SD slot, but Seat Splash screen. Iv seen some guys put the vw version in the seat, but having that blue vw splash screen when you turn it on wasnt my cuppa joe.

This way, when i come to sell my car, its all Seat branded. This is seriously gunna add up to 2grand to my car value..at a cost of only 800. Even the dealer told me the cars with sat nav sell for more and are requested more. So its a decent thing to have to use, and when it comes to selling up, your quids in.

dont want to piss on your chips but it wont add 2 grand to your car. itll add whatever they can be bought for (on the net or otherwise) and we all know dealers are full of the smelly stuff.

tommy on here flogs them for 1000 euro. nick was lucky and got his when the exchange rate was at its best, i got mine for £700 quid. even at £800 its half stealer price and worth the money.

you certainly shouldnt lose money, but i doubt itll add value.
