Right door vs Left door

has anybody experienced that closing of left door sounds different to the right?... what would cause it as all doors close and sound the same when the vehicle's new?

my right door sounds solid, although my left door upon closin sounds like my window wants to fall apart, although there's nothin that sounds loose when i shake it.

does anybody know how to remedy the above mentioned scenario?... could door alignment affect it?

i was plannin to take my screwdriver and tighten up everythin...unsure as to if thats such a great idea.
