Hi.

I just wanted to know what was the best way to help ride comfort, other than getting new wheels. I just wanted to know if I could change my suspension for a Golf or something along those lines that would help ride comfort and control. Thanks in advance.

I feel that once I lowered my car the comfort was better but depends which springs you get alot of people swear by eibach suspension I think the sport lines are approx £139,

What model do you drive? The FRs tend to have harsh suspension but the others are OK I think. Some people change springs, some change dampers, some both. Partly depends on budget and whether your aim is simply to soften the ride or also lower the car.

I was lucky enough to buy Cupra shocks and springs off flea bay for less than £40 which has transformed the ride comfort , still firm but no where near as harsh as the FR.
