Just picked up on this thread and to be honest I saw it coming.
RA were an absolutely appaulling dealer as I'm sure people who have read my previous posts will have picked up.
I did noticed that in just over a year of dealing with them, the staff changed every few months which is never a good sign. Within a year the people in the service department must have changed 3 times. The standard comment was "Well that was before my time", whenever I mentioned some previous work they had messed up.
By the way ZBoyd's article is interesting as I didn't think the Audi dealer in Harrogate was RA but part of the Sytner group anyway. I checked who each dealer belonged to when buying thwe Audi as I wanted to avoid RA. The only Audi dealer RA had was Huddersfield.
