you'll find this will either be a hardware fault or the settings aren't right;

have been back to the mappers today and had the car vag com'd and it came up with 2 faults

1 to do with the secondary air system and 1 to do with boost and negative deviation?
which the bloke told me was because the car is not getting the amount of boosts it wants?

so he said possible causes would be n75 valve! but changed that to no avail!, split pipe?
or he said the turbo just isnt making enough boost!

he said i could try disconnecting the 2 vac lines to the turbo and see what it boosts! so i went home wired up a boost gauge that i no is 2 psi higher than the actual boost, and i only got 22psi on the gauge which is 20psi! he said unrestricted it should be around 26psi?? so connected them all back up and am getting 21psi on the gauge?
can someone tell me anything from this?

as really annoyed and just want to get it running right!!!
thanks in advance!

He told you actuator pressure should be 26psi? Get a new mapper!

Call Revo. Its their software and they will be able to sort it out for you.

well i only went there as it was the closest revo mapper to me! now i wish i went somewhere a bit further away that had a RR!, but i got somewhere else to have it tuned and stuff!

have called them and they think its a boost leak so am goin to start checking all the piping! and changing stuff like the tip!

also i want to go to a hybrid later next year, so will the forge tip fit a k03 hybrid?

Why? Call Revo head office and speak to them first. Sounds like the people you are speaking to are poking in the dark and so are you.

no we're not poking in the dark!

there is a fault of boost deviation, james has changed all the vac pipes and bypassed the n249 so a boost deviation fault code from there would be related back to some kind of boost leak!
