revo turbo whistle

i have an lcr which has been revo'd when on setting 2 or 3 when you accelerate there is a lets say whistle or whine and a slight lag on power this then clears and
the power is back, how ever this doesnt happen in the frst setting of the revo any ideas or past experiences regards lee

If it was the same it is disconcerting and the car felt most unhappy for a while but once the ecu had adapted it was fine.
As REVO Kevs explination states (still get glassy eyed when reading it, just trust the dude!) its nothing to worry about.
