the sps device is the controller for revo.you can adjust the map to suit your needs/fuel.turn off the map completely and even immobilise the car.
add more to your budget for this unit ,not essential though,i haven't used mine in ages

The SPS (Serial Port Switch) lets you switch between revo, stock program etc... and also let's you change fuel (95, 98 ron etc..) and timing settings etc...

Also it acts as a immobiliser if you set it you can't drive off even with the keys unless you put the SPS back from security mode

i already have the sps3,it came with the car,any ideas which settings are best for more power,i run the car on texaco 98,and have an induction kit,if that makes a differance?

There is a user manual in the Revo section here

Also you might want to look in the Revo section as there are some settings some people use in there.
