So with all that tuning what do u reckon the BHP & 0-60 is??

Guesstimate about 300bhp, 320lb/ft and 0-60 in about 5 seconds...........

Wishful thinking :roflmao: :
More like 270ish bhp, near 300lb/ft max, and 0-60 in close to 6 seconds when I'm absolutely on the ball. Desperately trying to free up a Saturday to get to Santa Pod and trying to organise a rollers session at a realistic RR centre (Stealth or Owne Developments are my only close ones). Sorry I can't be more precise at the moment but until I have had a clean judgement I'm not going to post any more optimistically than that.

Pub figures, but they would seem about right ;)

Agree on Santa Pod......you should keep to the straights :bleh: :hide:

:drive2:

You jest not, with my brakes and suspension the pod will do just fine. Once the old dear has no longer got the @r$ehole with me (she spotted the Milltek decals this morning :thumbd: ) I may no longer be grounded and get up to the Pod.

She's suprisingly well balanced about it considering, now I just have to sell its benefits very gently, spoil her lots and not come out with any unreasonable requests for a couple of weeks.

Why didn't you tell me she said? It would have been worse if you'd have said no and I had gone ahead and done it I said, I assumed you'd be happy with it  :hide: . At least with my 'special' card the total bill wont go public :headhurt:

surely the 0-60 should be in the mid 5's?

GaryM posted 0-60 / 0-100 VAG-COM logged times on uk-mkiv's and that was showing 5.7ish to 60 and i think it was high 13's to 100? And i believe he was running about 240bhp and similar torque? ko3s...

Its very tricky getting good traction away from a standing start with the Leon running the std Pirelli P Zero Rosso's on the front. Also I have only done 5,800 miles so I'm still running in and hope for a bit more in 10k or so. To be honest it was a ballpark figure timing to 65mph on the clocks with a stopwatch (don't want to go into the logisitcs of how i was timing it!). I assumed 65mph would be about right for a REAL 60mph. Once I get some T1-R's on the front I may be able to pull some more from it. Like you say though hoped to stick something in around the late 5's though.

Of more concern is that the boost levels on Revo 2 allow my engine internals to remain in one piece. If its running over 25psi like I've been informed it might be then maybe it wont make it another 10k to find out :hide:

25 psi does sound high (1.72bar) although some S3s and TTs run this high.

Who's informed you it's running that high? Have you measured it? Have you asked Revo themselves what it should be?

On mine the difference between B6 and B9 is very noticable in the lower rev range, and that is a difference of about 0.02 bar (from memory) so your extra 0.22 bar should be pulling the front off the car!

Can't remember but it was someone who was running stg2. I may spike at 26psi, but until I get my boost pipe thru the bulkhead and connected i cant be sure. Like you say it pulls a low revs like you wouldnt believe.

just noticed this new smilie on the list.... sweeeeeeeet :cartman:

I'm going to try and get hold of Kev today to make sure its kool & the gang

Right up to the point the car says, Lots of boost = lots of heat and knocks back the ECU

or hello mr conrod :(
1.7bar is high on std turbo/motor

chase the power/torque but remember the risks when pushing things closer to the limit.

I would not want to run my LCR (if I had one) on the later smaller pin'd rods at these levels long term. Invest in some rods first.
