and if you had no ignition timing to go with all this boost what do you think would be the result?

Bill,
you've missed off the multiple choice a) b) c) d) from your post.....

c?
:D

But seriously, have you any thoughts on why my car doesn't perform on the rollers? It looks like the good old Badger supplied parts are all doing fine...............

Now here's a thing...............

In a Lou (Little Britain) voice...
"Now you know you shouldn't be logging block 120...."

Well I was for torque, before I found out that remaps made the readings false so that you couldn't derive torque from them. Nevertheless, I would expect the readings for a particular car to be constant/ comparable over time. Here's a plot of mine from Nov, Jan and Feb logs. You will see that BHP (MAF really) is relatively constant (two different MAFs too!!) whereas 'torque' isn't - it's all over the place.

As bhp is really derived from torque, are these plots illustrating my problem?

Plugs inspected and perfect.............

So my SPS3 arrives tomorrow.

There seem to have been a lot of comment in this thread that the logs suggest my car is running fine. The thing that's bugging me is that I have no idea what it's settings are at the moment (SPS3 wise) so any tinkering could put me in a worse position than I am at the moment. I would then not be able to return the car to it's current state......

Any thoughts?

i have already seen 160+ on cars with k03 :)

and i hope a k03s can do better than 170g/s

Again, not Revo but very similar - My MAF Log, Boost Log

I've seen over 190g/s on some days but Wilko's explanation a few posts ago explains why readings can be up and down.
I consistantly see 185-188g/s though.

FWIW I ran a 60-100 in 7.44 seconds with my old Revo 4bar software - Clicky

The 0-100 (60-100) log was through the gears, obviously from a standing start.
That was the best run from 5 or 6 I did at the time and probably one of the most perfect starts I'll ever manage!!

60-100's in 4th gear (I have a 6speed box) were around the 7.8 - 8 second mark IIRC (Revo 4bar) and pretty much the same now (Custom-Code).
Will do some more when I get chance.

this are good maf values

but the difference between requested and actual boost beyond 4700 rpm is strange

Its just the way that James (JBS) wrote the map, I personally think he should have set the requested to follow the trend of the turbo's capabilities (actual) and not how it is.

There's not a chance in hell that actual will hit requested beyond 4700rpm.

There's more to the power than K03s alone... VVT engine seems to be a factor also.
Wondering by how much this means tho.
