Hi. Today I installed the indication of the windshield washer fluid. The work is not difficult.

What we need:
1. Plug 1J0973202
2. Two 2-meter cables (or one double)
3. automotive cloth tape (for better look)
4. Two connectors for T46B plug
5. Something to coding (i have obd11)
6. Our tanks already have built-in fluid level electrodes.

We have to disconnect the battery, remove the left wheel, unscrew the front part of the wheel arch, remove the battery (it interferes with pulling the cable), unscrew the plastic under the steering wheel and the left part from the lever to open the hood. We remove the middle plug (B) from the BCM (t46b), unplug it, connect the cable to pins 10 and 28, pull it through the bulkhead to the engine compartment, lead it somehow to the washer tank (I led it through the top and went down behind the lamp just like the original washer harness), connect the plug and we code:

1. 09 central electrics
2. adaptations
3. hw_verbau
4. change insufficient washer fluid from to installed

I'm still waiting for my plug, so don't laugh at the connectors on the tank :)

Hi, nice project. Please, how was connection to T46B plug done? Positions 10 and 28 are blank/empty and it is enough to put cables with crimped pins in it? Could you send reference code for those pins if you have it.

Hi. In my case, pin 10 was occupied, so I connected to it. Pin 28 was empty. I still had cables with pins in the garage that were left over from installing side assist. These are the narrower pins, i.e. either 000979009E or 000979025E. If think this first.

@Antera do you know what number this is? these are the same as for the gateway module. Because that's what I have left.

This should also works on Cupra Formentor right? From which car did you took the diagram from? I was looking into Formentors ones but it doesn't contain G33 sender in it as it is not installed from factory. Thanks!

@witek_77 Did you installed the side assist? If so, do you have the steps and part numbers needed?
Thanks

Hi. On March 6, I'm going to remove the component's protection, upload the parameters and encode it. I would code it myself, but it would cost me 150 euros for the whole thing, so it's not worth it for me to look for the coding and try to figure it out myself. Unfortunately, I cannot remove the component protection without having a GEKO account, and both radars have component protection. Similarly, I bought both radars used, one of which was from a Golf 8 and the other from an Audi A3 and the parameters need to be uploaded. That's why I outsource it. The parts needed for the station wagon are:

Bracket control unit for blind spot detection, 5FE955776A (right)
Bracket control unit for blind spot detection, 5FE955775A (left)
Radar 2Q0907686D master right (or E,F letter)
Radar 2Q0907685D slave left (or E,F letter)
Wire from golf 8 HERE or HERE (tha same colors)
Door panels for your car with Side Assist lamps

Installation is very simple. You remove the rear bumper, install the handles and radars, connect the harnesses (the plugs are ready). The harness is coming from the right side of the car, so you can't connect the plugs backwards because the cable length is not enough. You walk in the doorway, pass the cable under the passenger's feet to the left side of the car and connect it to the gateway and the fuse box. In addition, 2 cables go to the door.

I don't have side door panels and I'm going to fiddle with the lights in the mirror because I can't buy an Excelence with a light :( If I come up with something, I'll let you know. If anything, there is a connection diagram in Elsa.

Codings have to be done on the golf 8 like this:

Think the same on Leon because off the same platform:

ABS 03:
- Code Byte 24 to Golf 8 = 01 Leon = 80( no label file)
For good reference i need to compare 1 with and 1 without with the same options but found this on a few backups

Module 5F:
Following adaption set to active:
- Display Lane assistant
- Display Lane assistant over treshold high
- SWA_0x1A

Following set to Terminal 15:
- SWA 0x1A MSG Bus

Module 17:
-Byte 5 bit 3 Lane change assistant,YES
- Byte 11 bit 3 Lane changing assistant BAP distance, YES

Module 19:
- Byte 16 bit 5 PaCo rear cross traffic alert (installed)

Module 76
- Byte 3 bit 6 Rear cross traffic alert ( installed)

Module 3C
Long coding Leon = 5A9545D0 Golf 8 = 6A9945D0
