have you taken off mani? have you undone the bracket that hold the turbo on?

i did mine with spanner and wrachet socket when all this was taken off and water and oil lines disconnected so there is movement for the turbo..

The mani is still on but ive loose all 3nuts that hold the turbo, where is the water lines? i cant seem em

one of the water lines is on top off the turbo (under mani) also there is a oil line there too, the other is on the back off the turbo by the block...real bitch to get to and the 2nd oil line is on the bottom off the turbo.

Ratchet with a swivel head is ideal for the downpipe bolts. I picked one up for a bout £4 and it's ideal, about 4" long, fits in your hand perfectly and just bend the head and you can have your hand and ratchet it anyway you want.

Also, IIRC you can one of the coolant lines off at the block rather than the turbo. Much easier access.

Ive using that (payed 22 dolla from halfrauds - guna return when im done :D ). Thing is abit awould in that location, better use plenty of wd40

Manged to get it off :funk::happy:
Used some S spanners- steady pace the exhuast came, follwed by mani, oil lines/water lines.

Just waiting for parts from seat arrive |(2working days:rolleyes: ). Lost all my coolant, how many litre will i need? (do full service since i drained d oil too.)
My exhuast manifold is quite dirty with gunk, around 1-2mm, shall i give it a clean or it wont make much different?

Supurb well done bud! Not sure how many litres but coolant comes as concentrate anyway ;)

Porbably no harm in giving it a clean. Cleaner it is the more flowing it will be!

Yeah I'm awaiting more parts as well as I need more new crush washers as it's leaking... I would advice you to do up the lines TIGHT!!

Glad you've got it all stripped.

whats the reason you replacing the turbo or removing it?

Turbo seals starting to go, (change em now be fore its too late), The exhaust side looks ok may investigate it more and send it of hybridgnosing soon.
