Hi all,
My Altea 2.0 tdi 07 reg is the 1st modern diesel i've had. I'm thinking of replacing the stock air filter with a drop in replacement job.
My question to you guys is "Will it improve the performance at all?"
I know not to expect massive gains but was wondering if these K&N filters and the like give the engine a bit more zip.
I've done this on previous petrol engines but never on an oiler. I have to say from 1800 to 3000 rpm she's really responsive and a pleasure to drive.
Has anyone dropped a free fow filter in to their air box and noticed any improvements?
Any response will be appreciated.
Many thanks in anticipation.
