well HHH motor sport (revo dealer) reckon that they are never 100bhp and more like 115 anyway and its got full stainless system on at the moment. But yes other than that I dont know, did know it was a fair bit quicker than 100bhp lol not like Im gona complain about it lol. Off a rolling road anyway.

on another note iv officaly buggerd the bolt in the door catch anyway got one out no problem. But I think the other 1 is going 2 need drilling out :(

the FRs where hitting 150bhp on the rollers there, seems seat understate there figures a bit. Aint got the FR exhaust on yet, got it booked in though needs some pipe making up as the stainless pipe is on now. TBH its a class exhaust just a shame I cant insure it.

And with this above problem and lack of car, Im discovering how much I should start going 2 the gym. I think I may well be the most unfit person in all of england.

aye fair enough, I couldnt do outside work like, im a total girl reason am not fixing the car tonight its 2 cold lol.

Dont know what stainless mate and aye Red rums ibiza FR came out with 150bhp stock so shouldnt be 2 bad anyway for u.

Was chuffed with mine like, my target is 150bhp out of the pd100. All av got planned is a remap (custom jobby) PD160 intake. Got an LCR splitter half on (got bored n left it and lets face it the batter is flat and the door is stripped its not going anywhere lol), missing a RAD grill as mines broke shud be at seat tomorow :( lol also noticed my lower FR grill is nackerd as well

dont drill it out  im guessing you have used the incorect size tool to undo the multispline all you need to do is get a set of mole grips on it and simply turn it off

150 is easy for a pd100 a revo remap will do that alone mate! mine i hope in a year or two will be pushing to roughly 200bhp :) custom map, milltek exhaust, FMIC should do... oh then a new clutch :(
