Removing inlet manifold - gaskets?

Hi guys, im wanting to know what is needed to put the inletmanifold back on. Il be taking it off and polishing it so im unsure if il need the valve seats. Iv ordered the gasket with the elongated holes. any help appretiated!

Iv read past threads but theyv all been about powdercoating, but i wont be doing that.

You will need the injector seats if you take them out, my advice is don't they are a PITA, its worth looking at the larger spacer for the main gasket it holds the inlet mani further away from the block therefore keeping inlet temps down abit, its about £40 but you get the two normal gaskets with it, (its sandwiched between two normal gaskets)

Phill, iv had a good search on google and the like but im struggling to find this spacer. any info on it?
