Hi all
So today I rang the service department at Cupra Bolton ( Perrys )
I was put through to a central service booking centre.
The woman took my details and then informed me the first available date for diagnostics was 10/07/2023!!
I said that cannot be right.
She then checked direct with the garage I think and confirmed the above date was correct.
I said what if the car was broke and she said try another garage.
She also seemed unaware of the Seat two year used approved warranty which the car came with??
I then rang Oldham Seat and again this was a central service centre.
After explaining the issue and them asking if I want a fuel flush and an air con recharge which I don't she said there are no appointments available??
I said this is a joke and she said she would look into it and ring back within 24 hours so we will see if she does!
Again she was unsure on the used approved warranty as she said due to the age the car is out of manufactures warranty.
I had to explain again the car came with a two year warranty so I wont be paying.
I will be contacting the Seat warranty direct to see what they say.
Not really the aftersales service I was looking for!
