I collected my tdi reference sport at the end of last week and have driven over 600 miles :D

The only problem that the car has is that the rear windscrenn wash / wipe doesn't seem to work. I know it's a new car, new controls etc (and yes i have pushed the right stick forwards) but it doesn't spring into life  I haven't checked the fuse as the front wipers work and (i think) it's on the same fuse.

Any idea's  or is it a trip back to the dealer.

Is your boot closed correctly? The rear wiper doesn't work if the boot is not closed. If it is closed look into the boot through the rear seats and check if the boot light is on. If it's on and the boot is closed there muct be a problem with the catch.
