Model Year 23/24 Rear roof wing fabrication problem and fix

Hi! My rear wing has a strange problem with fitting -fabrication(?) I am not sure if I’m correct with the definition .(1st picture) The black plastic that is under the painted part of the wing is not fitting properly. Is there a way to disassemble this and glue together again after fixing it. I need the black plastic that is under the wing (2nd picture) is there any one else that has that kind of wrong fitting
