Hi,

Well after having one of my rear brakes stick and cooked my pads and disc up i upped for some new ones.

now after changing one side fine, i came to the other side and the piston only just went back in after brute force with the wind back tool so pumped brakes again to push it back put to see if it was any easier which it was but not as easy as the other side i did, but anyways i now have noticed that the piston suspension rubber seal thing has a split in it.....can these be replaced? if so how? or it might be a case of having a new or second hand rear calliper..

Thanks

You will need a refub kit which will include all the seals you need however when stripping the caliper and removing the piston (must be done off the car) needs to be done in a totally clean place and remember if your not 100% confidant doing this buy a new or reconditioned one.
