rear bumper

ok this weekend I am going to have a play with the Ibiza and see if I sort out the rear arches, question though how do you remove the rear bumper?
Also if anybody has any helpful ideas on fixing the arches that would be great also, I have tried bodyshop before and its not my strong point (now if it had wires and components that would be another story)

for my pre facelift, when I open the tail gate theres 2 torx screws at the front, take them out,
then inside the boot, at the bottom behind the metal, there are two 10mm nuts, theyre low down near the lights, then the bumper should just pull out.....

though it may be different for the facelift models but should be similar

facelift, youve got screws in the wheel arches, under the bumper, and torx screws visible when you lift the boot up
